Across the Pond
Before I left for school in 2009, my mom had a conversation with me about my matriculation at Howard, being the big fish in the little pond and crossing said pond to graduation. Well as this new year begins I find this a perfect time to push some knowledge on you… but with ‘niggas in Paris’ blasting down my stereo I must focus on the french kisses of tunics and spanish harem pants that adorn the body of a close friend of mine, Ms. Leila Meliani, on her return across the pond we all long to leap… {Atlantic} Europe on study abroad.
